We understand that not every purchase will be quite the right size, shape or color and you may need to return a purchase. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 15 days of the original shipping date on unworn merchandise with all tags attached in original packaging. Worn merchandise may not be returned.
A Return Authorization number must be issued, and clearly marked on the outside of the box, in order for us to accept your package. Just email us at Customerservice@preslars.com and request a RA# for your return. Please include the filled out return form, the Invoice/ Packing Slip with returned merchandise. Items must be returned via a traceable method, UPS is preferred. Please make sure return packages are insured properly. Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we will not be responsible for refunding the order. Any packages sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused. Worn merchandise will not be returned and no credit will be issued.
We will refund your purchase by the original method of payment. Please note we do not refund shipping charges. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For all exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. When exchanging please enclose a payment of $16.00 for processing and handling fee.

Holiday Returns and Exchanges
All Purchases made from 11-27-20 to 12-24-20 are considered a holiday purchase. You may return or exchange your purchase until January 10th 2020. It must meet all requirements listed above in unworn merchandise are for returns and exchanges.
